Fall 2016 ESPN3 Broadcast Schedule Announced

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – In partnership with the Atlantic Sun Conference and ESPN3, Jacksonville University is pleased to announce its fall 2016 broadcast schedule. The slate features 18 contests including all six home football games with Scott Manze, the Voice of the Dolphins, and David Lamb on the call.

The first broadcast of the season showcases the Dolphins' women's soccer team in its season opener against North Georgia on Friday, Aug. 19.

Volleyball and men's and women's soccer will each have four outings streamed live on the web-based platform.

The schedule captures: the Jacksonville Classic versus Edward Waters College, also billed as the second night game in football's history; men's soccer's first-ever conference match with the New Jersey Institute of Technology; and a volleyball River City Rumble against North Florida.

The Jacksonville University athletic department launched its ESPN3 broadcasting enterprise in January of 2015, and was the first ASUN institution to feature its very own ESPN3 mobile platform broadcast unit. The truck is suited with state-of-the-art equipment which allows the University to broadcast intercollegiate athletic competitions from any location.
