MGolf: Dolphins sign Jupiter, Fla., product
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Ryan Jahn, a senior at The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., is the latest signee for coach Mike Blackburn and his JU men’s golf team.

Jahn has competed in top-level regional and national junior golf tournaments including ones conducted by the American Junior Golf Association and the Florida State Golf Association. His highlights include a win at the FJT Amelia National event in February of 2012 and a second place finish at the AJGA Randy Wise Junior Open.

His talents are not limited to the golf course as Jahn also excels inside the classroom. Entering his senior year at The Benjamin School, Ryan maintained a 3.2 grade point average in a rigorous academic curriculum.

“My goal is to graduate with an average over 3.3," said Jahn.  "Academics are very important to me and played a key role in picking JU”.

"Ryan is a quality player and will enjoy a great career here as a Dolphin," said Blackburn

Jahn is the son of Shelly and Edwin Jahn III of Jupiter.
