The Game
Jacksonville (14-16; 9-8 A-Sun) closes out the A-Sun regular season on Saturday night as it began it by facing league newcomer Northern Kentucky (10-15; 8-9 A-Sun) at 8:00 pm. The Dolphins can lock down the fourth seed in next week’s A-Sun tournament with a win.

The road has been anything but kind to JU of late. The Dolphins lost their fourth straight away from the River City on Thursday when they fell 77-73 at Lipscomb. Freshman Jarvis Haywood continued his late season surge however scoring a career high 26 points on 9-12 from the field and 8-9 from the foul line. He also added seven rebounds and three assists. Haywood averaged a team best 15.7 points during the month of February.

NKU is coming off a 72-45 win over North Florida on Thursday. The Norse competed in the Division II Great Lakes Valley Conference from 1985-2012, and joined the A-Sun this season while reclassifying to Division I.  While undergoing the reclassifying in 2012-13, NKU is not eligible for the A-Sun Tournament.
Series History
Jacksonville won the only other match-up between the two teams 53-51 back on Dec. 31.
