Seven Newcomers Join Men’s Soccer for Fall 2014 Campaign

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Seven commits will comprise Jacksonville University’s 2014 men’s soccer signing class, head coach Mauricio Ruiz announced today.

Transfer Cameron Grassmeyer will join freshmen Adam Hemann, Rijad Kobiljar, Allan Morgan, Ejiroghene Mrabure, Dzenan Nezirevic and Pascal Rathle at JU next season.

“This class is very well balanced, it allowed us to address several different needs on the field and create some competition in every position,” said Coach Ruiz.  “It was important to me in our first recruiting class, not only to identify good players, but the right ones for our system and the culture we are trying to cultivate here at JU. All seven incoming players are diligent in academics, are mature young men, and all have a tremendous work ethic to work and improve on their skills.”

“We are very fortunate to be able to keep two local products here in Jacksonville. Rijad and Pascal are originally from Jacksonville and our intention is to always compete for the top local talent, and we feel that we have secured two of the best from the area.”
