DALLAS, Texas. – Former Jacksonville wide receiver Andy Jones and the Dallas Cowboys have agreed to a deal as an undrafted free agent.
Jones, a senior wide receiver from Clermont, Fla., had a phenomenal career with the Dolphins. He finished his Jacksonville career second in receptions (141) and receiving yards (2,105).
Jones was second in the Pioneer Football League in 2015 in receiving touchdowns (8) and receiving yards (890). He played in all but one of Jacksonville's 11 games because of injury. He was third in the PFL with 6.0 receptions per game, and sixth with 14.83 yards-per-catch.
