Dolphins Travel to the Southwest for OKC Opening Night/Day Regatta

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville University men's rowing program travels to the southwest this weekend to compete in Oklahoma City's Opening Night/Day Regatta on March 14-15 at the Oklahoma River. The race series is a friendly competition of 500-meter sprints under the lights on Saturday evening following by 2Ks on Sunday morning.

The Stars have invited JU and Wichita State and the Dolphins will send one varsity eight crew.

This past week, Jacksonville opened its spring slate with a St. Johns scrimmage against Boston College, leaving the team with potentially one more race before the FIRA Championship in April.
