Robles Announces First Recruiting Class

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Head Coach Marci Robles capped her first season at the helm of the Jacksonville University men's rowing program with a MAAC championship, the first in school history. Tuesday (July 14), she added to her champion squad with four new recruits.

Dale Barton, Gregory Diggins, Daniel Gleim and Ryan Springer will make up the Dolphins' class of 2019 as well as Robles' first JU recruiting class.

"I'm excited about the group of guys that will be joining our squad this fall," said Robles. "It's not a big recruiting class. The focus this year was to make sure we were bringing in athletes with the kind of mindset and work ethic that would fit well with the culture we've established.

"This group, combined with the walk-ons that will come out for the team in the fall, will certainly strengthen our program. We're looking forward to getting them out on the water!"
