CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Jacksonville men's rowing program competed Saturday, the first day of the Head of the Hooch.

In the Championship 4, the Dolphins' Team A of McDonaldFournierGleimMarx and Esterline was 13th with a time of 17:17.2 Team B of Alexander TateSzynkarskiPulliamSpringer and Cameron Larsson placed 14th in 17:39.8. Team C of Giovanni MagroAlex van PuffelenJake CapistranGregory Diggins and Zachary McKenna came in 17th in 17:54.6.

The Dolphins resume action Sunday with the Open 8 at 12:53 p.m. ET. Competing for Jacksonville is the team of Tate, Fournier, Gleim, Marx, Esterline, Springer, Pulliam, Szynkarski and Nichols.
