Pulliam Named to IRA All-Academic Team

PRINCETON, N.J. – Jacksonville University's Travis Pulliam received his second scholastic honor of the season Friday when the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) Board of Stewards named him to its 2016 All-Academic Team.

Pulliam completed his junior season with a 3.803 cumulative grade point average. The engineering major from Orlando, Fla., sat in the three-seat of the Dolphins' varsity eight, assisting the boat to a silver medal at the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championship this past May. 

To be eligible for recognition, a student-athlete must have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.35 or higher, completed one full year at their institution, be an institutional letter winner and competed at the 2016 IRA National Championship Regatta.
