About the Event: Started back in 2014, it is one of two events hosted by JU each year, and the lone spring event. The Tom Fazio designed course is widely concerned to be one of the most visually stunning courses in the country. Located just northeast of downtown Jacksonville and mere minutes from the resort town of Amelia Island and the Atlantic Ocean, the Amelia Island Collegiate continues to attract some of the preeminent mid-major programs in the country to the First Coast.
Coach's Comments: "I thought we competed on a day in which the course played pretty tough. This was our first 36-hole outing of the year so it was a good test of our endurance on a hot day" - Head Coach Jennifer Borocz.
