LAKE POINT, Ga. – After leading Jacksonville University women's lacrosse to a 20-5 win over Vermont last Sunday, junior Lillie Miller was named ASUN Conference Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league Tuesday afternoon.
The midfielder posted a career-high six points on three goals and three assists to help the Dolphins down the Catamounts. All three of her shots were on goal as she converted her only free-position shot. Miller also won three draw controls.
A native of Elkridge, Md., Miller is tied for third on the team in points (11) and draw controls (12).
It is Miller's first ASUN Player of the Week honor.
Miller and the rest of the Dolphins return to action this Wednesday, March 14 when they play host to Central Connecticut State at noon.
