JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville men's basketball player Jace Hogan has been selected as the Pepsi Co. Student-Athlete of the Month for the December. Hogan led the Dolphins to a 4-3 record during the month while averaging 17.1 points.

He secured his second double-double this season with 22 points and 10 boards in a win at Presbyterian then later surpassed 1,000 points for his career to close out 2018. His only two 20-point games so far this season came during December as the Preseason All-Conference honoree upped his scoring average from 12.3 at the beginning of the month to 14.5 by the end of it.
