JACKSONVILLE ATHLETICS IS WELCOMING GAME DAY FANS FOR ALL TEAMS AND VENUES!


As you prepare to visit Jacksonville University, please know that we've made updates based on guidance from the NCAA, our conference affiliates, and health authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and appropriate government agencies.

It may be different from the last time you visited. But together, we can find new ways to create a tremendous game day experience for our student-athletes, coaches and spectators.

BASKETBALL SINGLE GAME AND SEASON TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE!

JACKSONVILLE UNIVERSITY POLICIES
  • Face Coverings*: Face coverings are required at all indoor Jacksonville Athletics venues, regardless of vaccination status.
  • Social Distancing: While not restricting seating in venues, we encourage fans to practice social distancing.
  • Parking: Remains free at all athletic venues
  • Programs: There will not be any printed programs available at any games this season. There will be signs at all of our venues with QR Codes that fans may scan with their phones. Once scanned, a link will appear that will direct fans to the game day program, live stats, and more.
*At this time, based on guidance from health authorities, open-chin triangle bandanas and face coverings containing valves, mesh material or holes of any kind are not acceptable face coverings. Costume masks are also not considered appropriate and are prohibited from being worn. The use of face coverings is not a substitute for physical distancing.

COVID-19 WARNING
We have taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other fans, student-athletes, coaches and staff. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting Jacksonville University athletic venues.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and fans with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting Jacksonville University athletic events you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
  • By visiting a Jacksonville University athletic venue, you are confirming that you and all persons in your party are not experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including:
    • Fever or chills
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Fatigue
    • Muscle or body aches
    • Headache
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Sore throat
    • Congestion or runny nose
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Diarrhea
  • have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine
  • are not under any self-quarantine orders

Fans who cannot confirm all of the above criteria must not attend an event on campus. By attending a Jacksonville University athletic event, you acknowledge that you understand and will abide by the above health-and-safety requirements. Disregard or non-compliance with any of the above safety protocols is grounds for removal from all Jacksonville University athletics venues. Any persons removed from a game for this reason will not be eligible to purchase tickets to future Jacksonville Athletics events this season.
