High School: Four-year letter winner at the Academia Santa Maria under Jose Ricardo Rivera ... named team MVP on five occasions ... earned league MVP during her senior and sophomore seasons ... competed on the softball, basketball, and track & field teams ... earned three team MVP for basketball ... two-time league shot put champion ... played club volleyball on the Puerto Rico National youth team and Ponce LEVOC in Orlando ... helped the Puerto Rico National team to a bronze medal at NORCECA in Guatemala during the 2010 season
