BEFORE JU
- Played indoor Freshman year at LaSalle University, and then from Sophomore-Senior year at Towson University
- LaSalle University (2019) earned Atlantic 10 All-Rookie honors and was the A10 Rookie of the Week twice
- Towson University (2020-2022) Made 3 indoor NCAA Volleyball Tournament appearances from 2020-2022
- CAA champion in 2020, 2021, and 2022
- Fall 2021- Towson Invitational Most Outstanding Player & All-Tournament Team and CAA Defensive Player of the Week on 2 occasions
- Played outside hitter and defensive specialist at Allentown Central Catholic for head coach Laurie Corcoran
- Scored 298 kills her Senior HS season with a .335 hitting percentage, added 491 kills as a HS junior, with a .324 hitting percentage alongside 287 digs
- Named Most Valuable Player in the EPC as a junior
- Led her squad to a PIAA state title in her sophomore year (2017) and a second-place finish in 2018
- Named the Morning Call Girls’ Volleyball Player of the Year as a junior
- Two-time first-team All-State selection
- Earned Scholar-Athlete award as a senior and was a two-time team MVP
- Earned academic honor roll

- Birthday is May 5
- Earned a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, with a Minor in Health Science
- Studying at JU for a masters in Exercise Science
- Daughter of Wendy and Michael Hess
- Has a younger sister Madison
- Enjoys going to the beach
