Erica Beal returned to the Jacksonville University Athletic department in July of 2021, joining the External Engagement team.
A Leesburg, Virginia native and four-year member of the Jacksonville University women's lacrosse program, Beal helped lead Jacksonville to three ASUN Tournament Championships and three NCAA Tournament appearances, including the program's first NCAA postseason contest hosted at D.B. Milne Stadium, a 22-7 win over Mercer in 2019. Beal was twice named to the ASUN All-Tournament team during her career and earned Second Team ASUNÂ honors in 2018. She also earned ASUN Defensive Player of the Week honors early in the 2018 season.Â
During her career, Beal saw action in 61 games, making 37 starts. She recorded 48 ground balls, including a career-high 23 in 2018, and caused 33 turnovers while collecting three draw controls.
Beal earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Business from JU in 2019 and her Master's of Business Administration in 2021.
