2014 Outdoor:

• At the A-Sun Outdoor Championships placed second of 12 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:35.22)

• Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Pepsi Florida Relays in a school-record 10:20.80, besting JU’s previous by 27 seconds
• During day one of the UNF Invite, won the 5,000m run in a Jacksonville University outdoor record of 16:55.03, well ahead of second-place finisher who crossed in 17:34.72
• Began the outdoor season at the UCF Black and Gold Challenge by winning the 1500-meter run in 4:38.22 minutes

2014 Indoor:

• Won the 5k, finished 5th in the 3k and earned 14 team points at the A-Sun Indoor Championships
• Set a new JU record in the 5,000-meter run (17:18.12) at the A-Sun Indoor Championships
• Set a new JU record in the 3,000-meter run (9:51.58) at the Samford Invitational
• Placed third in the mile (5:07.05) and sixth in the 800-meter run (2:24.72) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational
• Opened the indoor season at the Wake Forest Invitational with a winning 5,000-meter run (17:59.15)

2012 XC:

• Ran a career-best time of 17:40.3 (6th) to earn first team all-conference honors at the A-Sun Championships
• Conference time is the second fastest 5k time in school history
• Moved to second on the JU’s 6k all-time list with a 21:31.5 at the NCAA South Region
• Sixth at the UCF Attack Challenge in 21:57.46
• Placed fifth in 21:51.8 at the FSU Invitational
• Won the JU Short Course Duals in 14:06.70 to start the season
• Voted to the A-Sun Scholar-Athlete team

2012 Outdoor:

• Scored points in the 1,500-meter (4:41.26, 6th) and 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:58.30, 4th) at the A-Sun Championships
• Recorded a personal-best time of 10:51.64 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Pepsi Florida Relays
• Ran a leg of the 4x800-meter relay that posted a program-record time of 9:10.59

2012 Indoor:

• Earned points for finish in the mile (5:08.62, 7th) at the A-Sun Championships
• Ran a 5:03.48 in the mile at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup

2011 XC:

• Earned second team all-conference honors after running a career-best 18:10.70 (13th) at the A-Sun Championships
• Finished sixth at the FLRunners.com Invitational (18:18.60) and the UCF Attack Challenge (22:47.95)
• Also placed second at the JU Short Course Duals in 13:07.04

2011 Outdoor:

• Finished third in the A-Sun 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:29.58)
• Ran a season-best 11:12.61 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Pepsi Florida Relays
• Placed eighth in the 1,500-meter (4:42.69) at the UCF Invitational

2011 Indoor:

• Ran a time of 5:17.43 in the mile at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge Cup

2010 XC:

• Recorded a season-best time of 18:36.46 to finish 21st at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational
• Ran a 23:02.3 for JU’s third highest mark at the ISU Pre-Nationals
• Finished the season running a time of 18:51.81 at the A-Sun Championships
