Jacksonville University

Amber Baldani joined the Jacksonville Athletic Department in the summer of 2025 as a Student-Athlete Services Graduate Assistant.

Baldani is a former student-athlete from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), where she earned her bachelor’s degree in international business and MBA while competing as a swimmer. A two-time All-American and CSCAA All-American, she demonstrated excellence both in the pool and the classroom.

Baldani brings experience in event planning, academic support, and NCAA compliance, having contributed to the Pennsylvania Sports Business Conference while also having worked in athletics operations during her undergraduate studies.

Originally from Zagreb, Croatia, Baldani is passionate about supporting student-athletes in achieving academic success and navigating NCAA compliance. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, traveling, and exploring new cultures.
