The Jacksonville Dolphins announced the hire of assistant coach Daryl Coss in July ahead of the 2026-27 season. Coss was previously an assistant coach at Campbell.
"I am looking forward to working alongside Daryl. The knowledge and energy she brings will be a great addition to our staff," Jacksonville head coach Tara Singleton said. "She had a tremendous impact on Campbell's program, and I know she will do the same for us."
Coss helped lead the Campbell defense for the last two seasons. In 2026, the Camels ranked No. 11 nationally in caused turnovers while recording the third-best scoring defense in the CAA. They also won eight more games than the year prior, posting an 11-6 record. In her time at Campbell, she helped the staff develop three All-Conference selections.

Before her coaching career, Coss spent four years playing at Loyola. In her time with the Greyhounds, she won four Patriot League championships. Loyola posted a 40-0 conference record and 72-13 overall record during her playing days, reaching two NCAA Quarterfinals.
Coss is also a stalwart of the Philippines Women's National team, playing alongside former Dolphin Kaila Stasulli and current graduate assistant Ria Lagdameo. She will compete at the Philippines first ever world championship appearance this summer at the Women's World Lacrosse Championship in Japan later this month.
