JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville University men's basketball continues its season-opening homestand on Saturday afternoon against North Carolina A&T.
Part of Saturday's festivities include the retirement of former JU standout guard Ben Smith's jersey, which becomes the seventh retired number in JU basketball history. The presentation is scheduled for halftime.

The Dolphins (1-0) welcome in North Carolina A&T (0-1). The Aggies dropped its season-opening contest, 57-53, at UNCG on Tuesday. They were picked to finish third in the Big South North Division, the first year of the program in the conference after moving over from the MEAC.

The game is scheduled for a 2 p.m. tip on Saturday afternoon at Swisher Gymnasium.
