Dolphins Drop Contest to Notre Dame

Box Score CHARLOTTE, NC. - #20 Jacksonville Women's lacrosse lost their third game of the season on Sunday when they were beaten by #15 Notre Dame 20-5.

The game was controlled start to finish by Notre Dame as they jumped out to a quick 10-2 lead after the first quarter and never relinquished it. After three quarters the lead would grow to 12 goals, and finally after the dust settled, the Irish would win by a 15 goal margin, 20-5.

In the game Molly Brock was the lone multi-point getter for the Phins, recording one goal and one assist. Both Goalkeepers Addy Tysdal and Paige Pagano saw minutes in net for JU, recording nine saves and one save respectively.

On the defensive side of things Kaila Stasulli performed well, recording one caused turnover and three ground balls.

The Dolphins will have a quick turnaround as they return home on Thursday, March 17, to face off against Harvard in the Phin Cup/Student Game at 1:00 pm.
