JACKSONVILLE, FL – Jacksonville Women's Lacrosse returns home on Monday afternoon to battle Delaware State in their final home regular season matchup of the 2022 season.
JU enters the match following their largest victory of the year in which they defeated Stetson by a commanding score of 26-3. With the victory, the Dolphins managed to secure their spot in the ASUN Conference Tournament coming up at the beginning of May.
Now after a quick turnaround, Jacksonville will prepare for a struggling Delaware State team who currently sits at the bottom of the ASUN with a conference record of 0-3 and an overall record of 1-11.
WHO
Delaware State enters Monday's match with a single victory over Howard which came back on Friday, March 18, when they beat the Bison by a score of 17-8. Since the victory, DSU has lost five in a row being outscored 100-26 over the stretch.
JU has faced DSU only two times in their history, winning both games by a combined score of 46-5. The Dolphins' most recent victory came back in 2018 when they defeated the Hornets 23-1 at home.

The match is scheduled for a 3 pm opening draw on Monday, April 18, at Rock Stadium on the campus of Jacksonville University.
