JACKSONVILLE, -- Jacksonville and Winthrop finished in a 1-1 draw Sunday (Sept. 1) at home at Southern Oak Stadium. The Dolphins struck first late in the first half, answered by a late second half goal from Winthrop.
JU moved to 1-2-1 overall following the draw.Â
How it Happened
Jacksonville started the scoring when Cristobal Molina-Campo scored his second goal of the season in the 42nd minute, assisted by Paul Danner.
The Eagles leveled the game on a goal from Bruno Riveron Sagrero in the 76th minute. The goal finished off the scoring in the match.
