FORT MYERS, -- Jacksonville lost to FGCU 1-0 Saturday (Sept. 21) on the road at FGCU Soccer Complex.

The Dolphins dropped to 1-4-2 overall and 0-1-0 in ASUN action after the loss.

How it Happened

After the Eagles took a 1-0 lead into the halftime break, JU kept the deficit at just one but was unable to find the equalizer in the 1-0 loss. Christian Sekanina led Jacksonville with three saves. The Dolphins recorded five shots in the loss, one of them on goal. JU faced 10 FGCU shots, four of them on goal.
