DELAND, FL --Though they had plenty of opportunities, Jacksonville Baseball had a hard time cashing them in, leaving 10 Dolphins on base in a 6-5 defeat at the hands of the Stetson Hatters on Sunday afternoon.
On the mound, Alex Walsh tossed 4.2 innings, and the bullpen trio of Garrett Corbett, Blake Barquin, and Alex Cordero combined to keep the game close late

Jonah Shields kept the momentum going with a line-drive sac fly to left and
Josh Steidl capped the inning with an RBI base knock.
Stetson responded with four runs in the third and added single runs in the sixth and eighth to take the lead. Despite a leadoff single by
Chandler Howard in the ninth, JU couldn't push across the tying run.
