JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- The Jacksonville Dolphins rang in their undefeated week in ASUN play with a pair of league weekly awards. Graduate student guard Priscilla Williams was named the league's Player of the Week and freshman guard Tatum Brown earned Freshman of the Week honors.

Williams has won ASUN Player of the Week three times this season, more than any other player in the league. Her latest win comes after a dominant showing against Florida Gulf Coast. She led JU to their first win over the Eagles since 2017, scoring 30 points and grabbing 16 rebounds.

She's one of two players in the league this season with two 30-plus point games and the only player with three games of 15 or more rebounds this year. She's recorded eight double-doubles this year, more than any other player in the ASUN.

Before dominating against FGCU, Williams nearly added another double-double against West Georgia. She scored 16 points and grabbed nine rebounds as the Dolphins cruised past the Wolves, 82-61.

Brown earned Freshman of the Week for the second time this season. Against West Georgia, she notched the second double-double of her career, scoring 16 points and grabbing 12 boards. She also tied her career high with six steals, her third six-steal game of the season.

She followed that up with another gritty performance against FGCU, scoring four points, grabbing 10 rebounds, dishing two assists and notching two steals.

Brown has proven to be an elite rebounder for her size and position this season, amassing double-digit boards in three games and five or more in nine games this year. Brown is one of three players to win multiple Freshman of the Week plaudits this year.

The Dolphins will be back at Swisher Gymnasium for another huge ASUN tilt Thursday. Jacksonville will host the Stetson Hatters in a battle of 8-4 squads for control of second place in the league. Tip-off is slated for 6:30 PM.
