AS A REDSHIRT (COVID) SOPHOMORE (2021-22)

Started 27 of 29 games he played in as a redshirt-sophomore (after getting a year back due to COVID), including every game in ASUN Conference play...finished second on the team with 38 made three-pointers and third on the team with 27 steals...played a season-high 41 minutes at Bellarmine on Jan. 22...dropped a season-high 22 points on 8-10 shooting, making 5-7 three-pointers, all season-bests vs. Central Arkansas on Jan. 29...scored in double-figures nine times...grabbed a season-high 10 rebounds vs. Eastern Kentucky on Feb. 9, along with 10 points for his fourth career double-double...dished out five assists vs. Carver on Dec. 29...recorded four steals at Stetson on Feb. 16...registered a block eight times...made a career-high seven free throws on eight attempts vs. Kennesaw State on Feb. 19

AS A REDSHIRT-SOPHOMORE (2020-21)

Davis started all 24 games for the Dolphins in his return to action after missing the 2019-20 season ... scored 19 points against Coastal Georgia in his return to play, going 6-8 from the floor and 5-5 from three ... Posted double-double with a season-best 25-point effort against North Alabama on 10-18 shooting along with 13 rebounds ... Had a pair of 20-point games during the year and reached double-figure scoring 16 times ... Averaged 11.5 points and 4.3 rebounds in 32.3 minutes per game.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20)

Davis sat out his sophomore year nursing a knee injury suffered in the final regular season game of his freshman year. He’ll return as a redshirt-sophomore in 2020-21.

AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19)

Named to the ASUN All-Freshman team following his debut campaign, Davis averaged 10.1 points per game to go with 4.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists. An all around threat at 6-6, playing guard, he posted 14 double-figure efforts and a pair of double-doubles. The second came, most notably in a win a Kennesaw State where the freshman canned 19 points, pulled down a season-high 12 boards and nearly made it a triple-double with six assists. He poured in a career best 20 points in a near come-from-behind victory at NJIT. He was on a tear to close the regular season, dropping double figures in four-straight before suffering a season-ending knee injury in the Feb. 23 NJIT game at home.

BEFORE JACKSONVILLE

A native of Grandview, Mo., Davis becomes the fourth member of his family to play collegiate basketball, joining his father (Baylor & Kansas State) and two brothers (Austin Peay & Jacksonville State). The 6-6, 190-pound guard spent his high school playing career at Grandview HS, before finishing at Link Year Preparatory School in Branson, Mo. last season. As a member of the Grandview Bulldogs, he was named First-Team All-Suburban Blue Conference his sophomore and junior campaigns, earning First-Team All-State accolades with the Missouri Coaches Association Class 4A during the latter. Coached by Roberto Bergersen and Adam Donyes at Link Prep, he took home MVP honors at the prestigious Central Post Graduate League Tournament. A member of the Kansas City RUN GMC AAU program under Coach LJ Goolsby, he averaged 11.8 PPG and 4.9 RPG.
