As a Redshirt Junior (2022): 

• Appeared in all 17 contests for the nationally ranked Dolphins. 
• Had 25 groundballs and 16 caused turnovers on the year. 
• Registered eight multi-groundball and five multi-caused turnover efforts on the year. 
• Had a season-high three groundballs on three occassions. 
• Found the back of the net in the wins against Mercer (Feb. 15) and UMass Lowell (Mar. 19). 
• Named to the Preseason All-SoCon Team prior to the year. 
• Earned SoCon All-Conference First Team honors. 

As a Redshirt Sophomore (2021): 

• Saw action on the field in 12 games this season. 
• Earned a season-high of ground balls with six against Mercer (Mar. 21).
• Season highlights include; 31 groundballs, eight caused turnovers, and two assists. 

• Appeared in five games, making four starts for the Dolphins in 2020
• Collected three ground balls and caused four turnovers 
• Had two ground balls and two caused turnovers opposite Hampton (Mar. 6)
• Had 2020 season cut short by the precautions set forth as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic

• Made 14 starts while appearing in 15 matches on the season.
• Recorded one shot against Marquette on 2/15. 

• Four-year starter on defense for coach Brian Dougherty at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy
• Earned First Team All-Inter-AC honors as a senior
• Also named team captain and MVP
• Played club lacrosse for Big 4 and Dukes Lacrosse
• Off the field, gave lessons and volunteered with the homeless 

• Son of Robin and Donovan Young
• Brother, Chase played lacrosse at Michigan from 2015-18
