Garrihy entered his first season as Goalkeeper/assistant coach with Jacksonville men's soccer in 2024, following his 3 years playing collegiate soccer.

As an Irishman, Garrihy played for Tennessee Wesleyan of the NAIA, competing in 2 national tournaments and earning all conference accolades his 3 years. Prior to his time at JU, Garrihy played in the League of Ireland for Galway United and was capped underage for the Republic of Ireland.

Off the field, Garrihy completed his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and also Exercise Science.
