Hall joins the Dolphins after two seasons at Rider University. She's coached at all levels of college basketball, including head coaching stops at Millersville and Pittsburgh-Bradford. She also served as an assistant coach at Colgate where she was named to the WBCA 30 under 30 list. In her time at Rider, she led the Broncs to a conference tournament win over Iona.

Hall is known for her player development and recruiting acumen, developing multiple all-conference and All-American players at all levels of basketball.
"She's proven she can build winners, develop elite talent, and elevate everyone around her," Jennings said. "We're lucky to have her."
