JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Jacksonville University men's basketball opens ASUN Conference play Saturday vs. FGCU.

The Dolphins (8-4) are back in action after last playing Dec. 29 due to COVID-19 protocols. 

WHO

JU faces the FGCU Eagles (11-4, 1-0) for the first time since the 2019-20 season. The Dolphins two games scheduled against FGCU last season were canceled at the end of February due to COVID issues. The Eagles are coming off of a conference opening 74-67 win over North Florida on Wednesday at home.

WHERE & WHEN

The game is scheduled for a 6 p.m. tip on Saturday evening at Swisher Gym. The baseball team is being recognized at the first media timeout for its ASUN Tournamnet Championship last spring the JU Hall of Fame Class of 2021 is being honored at halftime.
