LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Dolphins (14-26) were swept by Liberty (35-13) after a five-inning loss this afternoon in game three of the series.  

This one got away quickly for JU. Giving up three runs in the first inning, the momentum was completely on Liberty's side as the Flames would score at least two runs in each inning of the game.  

On the offensive side, the Dolphins had just one hit and two runs in the final inning as their bats remained silent after two shutouts in yesterday's doubleheader. In their worst loss since February, the Dolphins can put this one in the rearview mirror and head back home for a series against FGCU. 

The Dolphins take on the Eagles on April 30th and May 1st. Their matchup on Sunday, May 1st, will include a celebration of their graduating team members pregame.
