Carter Blast Helps Seal JU Win

JACKSONVILLE, FLA - Jacksonville scored a run early in the first inning and a late run in the top of the ninth inning to beat Queens Friday afternoon at the Stick Williams Dreams Field.  

Sophomore infielder Tatianna Davis tripled to right field. Madison Reynolds singled to right field allowing Davis to score for the Dolphins.  

JU (21-22, 7-9) added two more runs at the top of the ninth and top of the 10th , a home run from redshirt Sophomore Allison Carter and a hit from Davis allowing Madison Bratek to score. 

It was her second home run of the season.  

ON DECK 

The Dolphins will return to the Stick Williams Dream Fields to play a doubleheader Sunday at 11AM and 1:30PM.
