Addison Krieger – Middle Blocker/Right Side (Mt. Pleasant, SC)
Addison Krieger joins JU with an impressive resume, having earned a spot on the South Carolina Class 5A All-State Team. A versatile player, Krieger excelled at both middle blocker and right-side positions. Krieger is recognized for her strong defense and ability to make key plays at the net. Her All-State selection speaks to her talent and hard work, making her a valuable addition to the Dolphins roster.
Roth's Roundup
"Addi is a pretty versatile player, having played all three front-row positions between high school and club. She adds a very big block to our front row, and we are looking forward to developing her offense even more. She is a very gifted player and will elevate the level in our gym!"
Kathryn Adler – Middle Blocker/Right Side (Champlin, MN)
Kathryn Adler joins the Dolphins with an impressive record, earning a spot on the Minnesota State All-Tournament Team and playing a key role in Champlin Park Volleyball's successful season. Adler ranks second in kills and leads in blocks for the Rebels, who recently won their section title. A left-handed middle hitter—rare in volleyball—Adler's unique style of play has made her difficult to defend, allowing her to make an outsized impact at the net. Her power, versatility, and dedication to improvement make her an exciting addition to JU Volleyball. In addition to her high school success, Adler plays club volleyball for Minnesota Select. With her commitment to Jacksonville Volleyball, Adler expressed excitement about joining the team, citing the program's values and the coaches' passion for the sport as key factors in her decision.
Roth's Roundup
"Kathryn is a very unique player; she's a dynamic athlete who also has a ton of versatility. We found Kathryn later in the recruiting season, but we quickly realized that she was a perfect fit for JU! We look forward to big things out of Kathryn in the future!"
Sydney Fischer – Setter (Lexington, SC)
Sydney Fischer joins Jacksonville Volleyball after a strong high school career, including being named South Carolina Class 5A All-State and earning Lexington Chronicle's Athlete of the Week honors. As a setter, Fischer helped lead her high school team to an undefeated record in their region, consistently posting 20+ assists in multiple matches. In a recent standout performance, Fischer recorded 30 assists, five digs, two aces, and a kill in a game that secured her team's top position in their region.
Roth's Roundup
"Just watching Sydney, I fell in love with her setting and the tempo she can run. Then I met her and realized how great of a human she is, too. I can't wait to work with her; she will be a great addition to our setter group!"
Zoey Vandel – Outside Hitter (Panama City Beach, FL)
Zoey Vandel joins the 'Phins from Arnold High School, where she has dominated as a key offensive player. With 40 blocks and an impressive 264 kills, Vandel has been a force on the court, leading her district. She has developed her skills with the West Florida Waves club, gaining valuable experience and building a solid foundation for the collegiate level. Vandel's explosive power makes her a valuable addition to the Dolphins lineup.
Roth's Roundup
"Zoey was one of the first recruits we found when we got to Jacksonville. She stood out because the ball explodes off her hand, and she plays the game with passion. We knew immediately we needed to keep her in Florida. Zoey will graduate early and join us in the spring; we can't wait to get her in the gym!"
