FORT MYERS, FL --The Jacksonville volleyball team lost to the FGCU Eagles in three sets (17-25, 19-25, 20-25) Saturday on the road at Alico Arena.

How It Happened
SET 1 | The Dolphins fell behind early, losing a tough first set 25-17. Jacksonville trailed by as many as nine points as FGCU never gave up the lead in a set that was tied up two times before the Eagles took control.
SET 2 | Jacksonville dropped the second set 25-19, digging a 2-0 hole in the match. The Dolphins dropped the first point and never clawed back into the lead before dropping the set.
SET 3 | FGCU finished off the sweep with a third-set win. The Dolphins came up short by the score of 25-20. FGCU grabbed the advantage for good at 19-18 in a set that was knotted up 12 times before the Eagles took over in the second half of the stanza.
