Bylaw 13 - Recruiting
When you go off-campus:
Submit an off-campus recruiting itinerary on JumpForward which is found in the form library. Upon your return please log the contact or evaluation in the prospect's JumpForward profile.
When you have a recruit on-campus for an official visit:
Official Visit Approval Form
The official visit approval form is to be submitted through JumpForward.
Student Host Form
If you are utilizing a student host for an official visit, the Student Host Form must be included in the official visit approval packet. Prior to an official visit taking place, the head coach and student host must sign the form acknowledging the host has read the instructions.

Submit the Official Visit Summary Form with the Expense Report (if applicable) at the conclusion of an official visit.

Camps and Clinics:
JU Camps and Clinics Approval Packet
All requests for JU camps or clinics must be submitted first to Shauna Hope, Coordinator for Campus Recreation & Wellness. Supplemental camp paperwork must also be submitted through your JumpForward form library prior to any advertising of the camp. Beginning January 1, 2021 the NCAA rules require all camps be advertised 14 days prior to their start.
Bylaw 14- Eligibility
All incoming freshman must be certified with academic eligibility with the NCAA Eligibility Center. All transfers must meet applicable transfer legislation. If you have a prospective transfer, submit a required TCE on JumpForward with a current transcript.
