Men's Cross Country Gets Season Rolling at UF Mountain Dew Invitational

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville University men's cross country opened up the season at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational on Saturday morning.
 
Despite missing several key contributors, the team finished 10th overall, with Kobe Latimer crossing the line as the Dolphins top finisher.
 
"All things considered, we are about where we expected to be," said Head Coach Jordon Garman. "There is a good bit of work that needs to be done prior to our race at Embry-Riddle, but we are excited to line up with our full squad in two weeks!"
 
The 6K event at the University of Florida got started at 7:55 a.m., and featured top programs from all over the state of Florida.
