DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Jacksonville University men's cross country traveled the short distance south to compete in the Embry-Riddle Cross Country Classic on Saturday.
The Dolphins came home seventh in the 15-team field, with
Riley Maher crossing the line first for JU.
"We are moving in the right direction as a team," said Head Coach
Jordon Garman. "There are still a lot of things to work on, however, the guys did well on what we expect to be the most difficult course we will race this season.
""We look forward to getting back to work Monday!"
The field featured a mix of programs from around the state, along with select programs from outside of Florida, including Seton Hall and Truett-McConnell. The 8K got rolling at 7:20 a.m. at the ERAU XC Course.
