Tampa, Fla. – Jacksonville University men's cross country competed Friday night at the USF XC Open.
The team had four runners finish in the top 100.
Jovan Figueroa crossed the line as the Dolphins top finisher, with a time of 29:13.1
According to Head Coach Jordan Garman "This was our last race of the season for the majority of our men's team. It was good to see them fight hard in very tough conditions. I think our freshmen put themselves in a great spot for the future."
The 8K event at the University of South Florida got started at 5:50 p.m., and featured top programs from Florida, and 19 other programs from around the country.
Next up for the team is the ASUN Championships on Saturday October 29th.
