Tallahassee, Fla. – Jacksonville University men's cross country competed Friday morning at the FSU XC Open.
The team had two runners finish in the top 150.
Riley Maher crossed the line as the Dolphins top finisher, with a time of 26:37.7.
According to Head Coach Jordan Garman "The men had an absolutely amazing performance across the board. Very big improvement from UNF. Another performance that tops anything we have done in over a decade, maybe two. The confidence is high, and there is still a little room for improvement, and time to get there before conference. I am very proud of the guys and excited to see our continued growth."
The 8K event at Florida State got started at 7:40 a.m., and featured top programs from Florida, and 29 other programs from around the country.
Next up for the team is the USF XC Invite on Friday October 14th.
