JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Dolphins (12-8) look to bounce back at home as they welcome Eastern Kentucky (11-12) to Swisher Gymnasium for a mid-week matchup on Wednesday at 2PM. This is their first recorded matchup in program history.
JU is sporting an 8-2 record at home on the season and is seeking similar success after a tough road trip to Alabama in which they dropped their last two contests. The Dolphins continue to rely upon the athletic abilities of DeShari Graham and their leader Taylor Hawks to guide them through conference play, leading up to the ASUN playoffs. Thus far, JU is 5-4 in conference play with this home-stand against EKU and Liberty (21-2) in their sights.
EKU is sporting a 4-6 conference record after dropping their last contest to Liberty at home. For the Dolphins and Colonels, this first recorded match will be significant towards their place in their respective divisions, as JU dropped to fourth after Stetson's latest victory. EKU currently resides in third in the Western division.
