Valdosta, Ga. – Jacksonville University men's cross country opened up the season at the VSU Border Clash Friday night.
 
The team finished 6^th overall with Riley Maher crossing the line as the Dolphins top finisher.
 
"Our goal was a dress rehearsal before UNF, and we accomplished that," said Head Coach Jordan Garman. "Good effort, and enough left in the tank to really get after it next week."
 
The 7.25K event at Valdosta got started at 635 pm., and featured top programs from Florida, as well as well as programs form the state of Georgia
