GAINESVILLE, FL- Jacksonville University women's track and field program competed in the Alachua County Invitational Friday afternoon in Gainesville, FL.  

Jacksonville's women's distance team finished in the top 10. Madeline Weiler placed fifth in the women's 1000 run, running a time of 3:18.38. Alongside her finishing in ninth and tenth were teammates Emily Haney and Jalin Moss-Herbert running a time of 3:26.10 and 3:26.41.  

Emma DeRosa placed 17th in the women's 3000 m run with a time of 12:19.73.
