EDISTO BEACH, S.C. – Jacksonville University women's golf finished 11th after the third round of play on Tuesday.

Casey Powell recorded a 76 in Round 3, finishing +9 total in the tournament. She found success on par-4s throughout the tournament, placing T6 on such holes. Powell finished T24 overall. 

Ivete Rodrigues started off her round with a smooth birdie on the par-5 10th. Throughout the next 12 holes, she would shoot par on nine of them, as well as two birdies. Rodriguez had a tough time on holes 5 and 6 but would finish her third round off with a birdie and two pars. She recorded a 73 on the day, which placed her T31. Rodriguez placed T5 in total pars in the tournament, achieving 37 total.

Issy Hopkins had a hot start to her third round, recording eight pars and three birdies through 12 holes. She finished with a score of 74, placing her T36.

Gemma Burgess had her best round yet, recording a 74, totaling 10 pars on the day. Jenna Fonda finished with a 79. 

The Dolphins return to play on Monday October 30th, where they will play in the Mercer Invitational at Brickyard Golf Club
