JACKSONVILLE, FLA- Jacksonville University women's track and field competed in the UNF Spring Break Challenge Thursday and Friday. Hayleigh Haid won first place in the Women's 3000 steeple with a time of 10.19.09.
Angelnique Bryant set a personal best with a time of 26.57 in the Women's 200-meter dash. Joy Whittington finished with a time of 26.96. Bryant also placed seventh in the Women's 100-meter dash with a time of 12.25.
Jordan Dix placed ninth with a time of 5:38.98 in the Women's 1500-meter run.
On the field side, Alyssia Richard won first place in the Women's Shot Put with a mark of 13.63m and teammate Alana Lecointe placed third with a mark of 13.37m.
In the Women's Hammer Throw Lecointe set a new personal best with a mark of 52.41. Richard and Lecointe placed second and sixth in the Women's Discus Throw with a mark of 45.78m and 40.77m.
Kristi Snyman placed first in the Women's High Jump with a mark of 1.83m.
Sela Gur-Arie set a new personal best in the Women's Triple Jump with a mark of 11.35m, she placed third.
