MIAMI, Fla. — The Jacksonville University women's golf team finished in sixth at the Pat Bradley Invitational, rolling into the third and final round by shooting two-under as a team. 

Casey Powell finished first for the Dolphins and third overall in the tournament, finishing with rounds of two-over, two-under and four-under. Earning a spot in the top-three, Powell finished just two strokes off the lead, giving her the team's best individual finish of the season.

Next for JU was Susana Olivares who joined Powell near the top of the leaderboard, finishing in ninth after a five-under third round. After a pair of two-over first and second rounds, Olivares caught fire, marching into the top ten while moving up 12 spots on the leaderboard.

After Olivares, Erin Marcelino was the third finisher for the Dolphins, finishing in 22nd after an even-par scorecard in the third round. Marcelino moved up 10 spots in the final round, earning herself a place in the top-25.

Nicky Lautre (58th) and Issy Hopkins (69th) rounded out the Dolphin lineup in the event. Jacksonville will next head the Edisto Island Classic hosted by the College of Charleston on October 14th.
