DELAND, Fla. -- Jacksonville University put up its second consecutive shutout, this time over ASUN foe Stetson, 1-0, Thursday (Sept. 19) on the road. With the win the Dolphins improved to 2-4-1 and 1-0-0 in ASUN play. After an 0-4 start to the season, JU is currently on a 2-0-1 streak and have outscored their opponents 8-2 during the run.
The win was also coach Ryan Moon's first ASUN win at the helm of the Dolphins. Moon earned his first head coaching win with JU on Sunday after a 5-0 defeat of South Carolina State.

Di Mascio was tied for a team-best in shots with three, joined by Manuela Restrepo and Bayleigh Humbert. Humbert's shot total was a season-high and her 79 minutes played tied a season best. Andrea Zwinkels added two shots of her own as well. Hannah Bielicke and Olivia Peal added one shot apiece. Restrepo led the squad in shots on goal with two.
