JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Following the conclusion of the 2025 ASUN Men's Soccer Tournament, a pair of Jacksonville Dolphins were named to the All-Tournament Team.

Christian Sekanina and forward
Juan Pablo Gonzalez both earned honors after leading the Dolphins to a strong postseason run and a berth in the ASUN Tournament Semifinals.
Sekanina was dominant on the back line throughout the tournament, anchoring a Jacksonville defense that held opponents to only one goal across both matches.
In the Quarterfinals against #3 Lipscomb, Sekanina played the full match and secured a clean sheet, his fifth of the year. In the Semifinals against host Bellarmine, the veteran keeper again went the distance, only allowing one goal in 110 minutes of play. His consistency and composure under pressure were central to JU's defensive performances throughout the postseason.
Gonzalez, meanwhile, served as insurance for Jacksonville's attack. In the Quarterfinal victory, the forward was active in the attacking third, scoring the game-sealing goal in the 82nd minute - his fifth of the year.
In terms of ASUN ranks, both players found themselves among the top performers throughout the year. Sekanina, the team's elected captain, finished first in goals against average (.914), fourth in save percentage (.764), and third in shutouts (5). Gonzalez concluded the season 8th in goals (5), 8th in game-winning goals (2), and third in shots on goal (16), while also being Jacksonville's leading scorer.
