Earning points towards the overall team score was Jacksonville's Women's Distance Medley.
The medley team earned a sixth-place overall result, contributing three points toward the JU team total. That point total was something JU hadn't gotten all year as Thursday was the first time the program had put a medley team up for competition.
Jacksonville will continue ASUN Championship play on Friday during Day Two of competition. Through seven of 17 events, JU has earned 14 points.
