Atlantic Sun Conference Women’s Basketball Schedule Released For 2026-27 Season

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- The Atlantic Sun Conference announced its women's basketball schedule for the 2026-27 season Thursday. The Jacksonville Dolphins now know their path ahead as they look to repeat as conference champions.

The Dolphins open the conference season Saturday, January 9 on their home floor at historic Swisher Gymnasium against North Florida for the first edition of the River City Rumble. The game will also be a double-header with the men's team, as they open conference play against Bellarmine.

Jacksonville will stay at home the following weekend, hosting Lipscomb and Bellarmine. From there, the Dolphins embark on their first road trip of the ASUN season as they battle Queens and league newcomers West Florida.

JU returns to its home floor Thursday, January 28 against the FGCU Eagles. The Dolphins round out their second home weekend against Stetson the following Saturday. Both games will once again be double-headers with the men's basketball team.

The Dolphins will complete the second leg of the River City Rumble at UNF Arena Saturday Feb. 6. That's the first of three-straight road trips as Jacksonville embarks for Bellarmine and Lipscomb the following weekend.

JU plays its final two home games of the 2026-27 season in the penultimate week of the regular season. The Dolphins face West Florida Thursday, Feb. 18 then host the Queens Royals for the game in Swisher Saturday, Feb. 20.

The regular season concludes with two in-state road games, first against Stetson and then a rematch at FGCU to close the year on Saturday, Feb. 27.

The ASUN Tournament returns to Jacksonville and VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena, starting Thursday March 4. The tournament runs all weekend, culminating in the championship game Monday.

The Dolphins won their second ASUN Championship in program history last season, raising the trophy following a 66-63 overtime championship game win over Austin Peay. Against upcoming conference opponents, JU posted a 10-1 record a season ago.

Tip-off times and the Dolphins' full non-conference schedule will be released at a later date.
